[CONCERT] One Hundred Golden Fingers – 2009 MAC Jazz Festival

This concert features a collection of top Korean jazz pianists whose technical finesse and emotional complexity rivals those of One Hundred Golden Fingers of Japan. Ten jazz pianists, including Lee Ji-young, Koh Hee-an, and Bae Jang-eun, will take part in this adventurous and refreshing performance. The theme for this performance is “Bill Evans,” nicknamed the Chopin of jazz and applauded as the most influential pianist of the 1950s. His wonderful pieces that have combined jazz and classical music will be reinterpreted by the nation’s top jazz pianists.
